Mike is the CEO and co-founder of Entrepreneurial Spark, one of the longest running and most successful accelerators in the UK. He has spent the last 8 years developing the fields of entrepreneurial mindset and growth acceleration, with a deep understanding of practical psychology and business. With a previous track record in in corporate finance, Mike’s breadth of human and commercial experience enable a holistic view of startup growth and a creative approach to unlocking potential. As a founder he has raised funding, navigated COVID, built a team, launched internationally and learned lessons from many failed experiments. His team is delivering the UK Space Agency Accelerator in partnership with Exotopic, supporting over 200 space entrepreneurs over 3 years.
