Janice Andrew is an accomplished Programme Manager with vast expertise in leadership, project management, and strategic development. As the Digital Economy Skills Programme Manager and the primary lead for the Space Sector at Skills Development Scotland, she oversees the creation and implementation of skills programmes that align with both corporate strategy and governmental policy priorities.

With a career that spans over thirty years, she has excelled in managing complex projects from inception to completion. Her professional path is highlighted by notable achievements such as launching Scotland’s first accredited digital skills academy and successfully managing a £21 million European tender.

Her dedication to education and talent development is evident in her innovative strategies to support excluded talent and establish new pathways for upskilling and reskilling.
