As CTO of AAC Clyde Space, Andrew has the responsibility of setting the engineering and technology direction of one of the preeminent New Space companies in the world. In his 18 years at AAC Clyde Space he has been instrumental in the company’s evolution from a start-up to where they are now, with sites all over the globe and thousands of units of hardware performing successfully on orbit.
Andrew is known for his expertise in systems engineering, product development, manufacturing, and project management, which have been crucial in AAC Clyde Space’s growth and success in the competitive space industry.
He holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde, which he completed in 2004. Over his nearly two decades at AAC Clyde Space he has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s capabilities, contributing to projects across the space value chain including space products, missions, and provision of space data as a service.
