Scotland’s impressive satellite manufacturing sector delivers capability globally and supports growth nationally. This panel will discuss how policy makers can work with industry and academia to empower Scotland’s satellite manufacturing sector to reach, or even exceed, its current potential. Moderated by the Space Partnership, there will be an open and frank discussion that draws on the innovation in industry, the skills and technology developed in academia and considers the levers that government has to ensure that ambition of both the Scottish and UK space sector is delivered by working together. The barriers faced by the existing companies will be explored and solutions formulated by a knowledgeable and experienced panel.
