Phil is a seasoned leader in business and technology, with over three decades of international management experience spanning the aerospace, defence, and high-tech industries. As CEO and co-founder of D-CAT, which he launched in 2016 with two business partners, Phil drives innovation in data-driven solutions. Prior to D-CAT, he held senior leadership roles in top-tier global firms. At Accenture, he led the Aerospace and Defence practice, while at QinetiQ, he served as Divisional Managing Director, spearheading technology commercialisation and venturing. His distinguished career began with the Royal Air Force, where he specialised in ground-to-air missile systems, radar, air defence command and control, and the UK Ministry of Defence’s digitisation strategy. A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Phil is a recognised expert at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic leadership.
